Meet Nicole

A neighbour who gets things done

Nicole Trombetta has lived in Hamilton her entire life — born here, raised here, and now raising her own family here. When roads crumble, taxes climb, or neighbourhoods feel less safe, it's not an abstract policy problem to her — it's her kids' school route, her parents' tax bill, and her own community.

She's an entrepreneur with a background in legal services — from building her own small bakery business, to coordinating major special events, to representing matters at tribunals. She's a business development strategist who has spent years organizing events that bring Stoney Creek together, including co-founding Boots in the Creek, the free festival that fills downtown Stoney Creek every summer.

Plenty of candidates make promises. Nicole's record is different: she plans, she organizes, and she delivers — and she's done it right here, in this community, for years.

The Plan

What Nicole will fight for

Nicole doesn't make empty promises — she makes clear commitments, publicly, so you can hold her to every one of them.

Nicole's Property-Tax Pledge

"I will fight to keep annual property-tax increases as close to inflation as reasonably possible — while protecting essential services and tackling Hamilton's infrastructure deficit."

Nicole Trombetta

01

Taxes you can trust

Nicole will fight to keep annual increases as close to inflation as reasonably possible, while protecting the essential services your family relies on.

02

Safe streets, strong community

Everyone deserves to feel safe walking their own neighbourhood — day or night. Nicole will protect the integrity and safety of Ward 10's streets, parks and public spaces.

03

Fix our roads — actually

Our roads are terrible, and everyone knows it. Nicole will push for real resurfacing schedules, honest timelines, and repairs that last more than one winter.

04

Infrastructure that lasts

Nicole will end the patch-and-pray cycle — maintaining what we have efficiently, fixing flooding and aging systems sustainably, and planning ahead instead of reacting late.

05

Decisions for the next generation

Every decision Nicole makes will be measured against one question: does this make Ward 10 better for the families here today and for the generations that follow? That is the standard she will bring to every vote at City Hall.

Something different

Raise your concern.
Nicole will answer it — personally.

Most candidates ask for your vote. Nicole is asking for your concerns — because you can't fix what you won't listen to.

  1. 1
You raise it. Tell Nicole what's bugging you about Ward 10 — in 250 characters or less.
  2. 2
Nicole addresses it. She responds to residents' concerns directly — including publicly on social media, so neighbours with the same issue get answers too.
  3. 3
You hear back. When your concern is addressed, you'll get an email with her response — never a black hole, and never a form letter.

We ask for your contact details so Nicole can actually get back to you. Only your first name and your concern would ever be shared publicly — never your contact information.

What's your concern?

Roads, taxes, safety, parks — if it matters to you, it matters.
